Additional charges will be required if you want more spare parts. We offer lifetime maintenance and charge only for the raw materials after the guarantee period.

We only offer the drawings, and you can show the drawing to your local steel structure factory, and they will weld it for you at site. On one hand, it's not cost-effective for you to ship the steel structure from China. On the other hand, we are impossible to offer you exact steel structure without welding at site. Engineering training or installation assistance support at customer’s place is available, but a round-trip ticket, local accommodation of technician, staff labor cost(USD80/day if exceeding one week), cost of visa, and other expenses during the whole trip should be borne by the customer.
