1. What are LED Type, Module size and Module resolution?
LED Type is the description of LED lamp, for instance, the brand, the shape in physical, the size of the lamp, etc.
Module size is the measurement of a module.
Module resolution is the number of pixels per module.
3. What is LED JINGCAN?
LED is sanded for Light Emitting Diode, a kind of semiconductor which is used to give and receive the electronic signal into infrared rays or light, using the characteristics of compound semiconductor. This is used for household appliances, remote controller, electric bulletin board, various kinds of automation appliances.
3. What is viewing angle?
Viewing angle is the maximum angle at which a display can be viewed with acceptable visual performance. It includes horizontal viewing angle and vertical viewing angle
4 What are Pixel Pitch, Pixel Density, LED QTY, and Pixel Configuration?
Pixel Pitch is the distance between neighboring pixels.
Pixel Density is the quantity of pixels per square meter.
LED QTY is the quantity of LED lamps per square.
Pixel Configuration is the description of the consistence of a pixel, for instance, we use 1 red lamp, 1 green lamp, and 1 blue lamp to compose a pixel, the pixel configuration is 1R1G1B.

Step1: Take some pictures about the working status of the screen;
Step2: Replace the broken cabinet by the new cabinet;
Step3: Contact with us, and send the pictures to us, we will help you to analyze the problems.
Step4: If it is necessary, please post it to our company, we will maintain it for you as soon as possible, and then deliver it to you.

1. JINGCAN Warranty Period- Two years. (Refer to the main parts and easy broken parts, such as LED lights, PCB board, IC, control system, power supply.)
2. Training Course- Provide English version user’s manual and installation instruction before the delivery. Before shipment, you are welcome to inspect the product and we will provide a training course on installation, maintainence and how to use the software
3. Technical Support- We will provide you free technical support through email, fax and phone call. Every time when there is some problem for the LED display, if your engineer can not solve it, please contact with us a.s.a.p. and send us pictures and descriptions. Then we will try to solve it for you a.s.a.p..
