Smart module: no repeated calibration is required after the replacement of the dysfunctional modules, the new module could automatically load the specifications of brightness, color temperature, etc, from the neighboring modules that have been pre-set with correct data, so any newly replaced module could deliver as perfectly correct color and brightness as the other modules do.

1. Our technicians will offer CAD Drawing to show how to install the LED Display rightly and fast, of course, if you need.
2. We can assist the training and technical support for the customer in the factory, if the customer requires so.
3. We could send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your esteemed company.

1. JINGCAN Warranty Period- Two years. (Refer to the main parts and easy broken parts, such as LED lights, PCB board, IC, control system, power supply.)
2. Training Course- Provide English version user’s manual and installation instruction before the delivery. Before shipment, you are welcome to inspect the product and we will provide a training course on installation, maintainence and how to use the software
3. Technical Support- We will provide you free technical support through email, fax and phone call. Every time when there is some problem for the LED display, if your engineer can not solve it, please contact with us a.s.a.p. and send us pictures and descriptions. Then we will try to solve it for you a.s.a.p..
